SENDCO support

Use our SEND framework to identify, assess, and meet the needs of children and young people with SEND. The graduated response consists of four steps. Assess, plan, do, review. It helps understand a child or young person’s needs, allows support to be put in place, and ensures they progress. It also ensures that parents and carers are kept actively involved and informed throughout the whole process of planning.

The SEND framework provides all you need and follows the assessment, plan, do, and review cycle.
