SENDCO support

Identify, assess and meet the needs of children and young people with SEND using our SEND framework.

This provides all you need, and follows the assess, plan, do, review cycle.

The assess stage should be completed first and be under continuous review. It gathers detailed information about a child’s progress and needs. If a child continues to make less than expected progress, support should be considered which is detailed in the plan stage. With continuous monitoring and adjustment, this ensures the best possible outcomes for the child.

Training is available to support you with all stages.
