Designed to support SENDCOs and school leaders in delivering high-quality, inclusive education for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities through a graduated approach.

The graduated approach

Use our SEND framework to identify, assess, and meet the needs of children and young people with SEND. Each age-based section covers the four steps of the graduated approach: assess, plan, do, review, and contains resources, guidance, templates and examples, including Ordinarily Available SEND Provision (OASP), Inclusive Support Series (ISS), and SEND Indicators Tool help you plan and implement effective strategies.
