Please contact your area Exclusion and Reintegration Officer for general or case specific advice regarding any aspect of exclusion.

Establishment portal

As of August 2022, all PEX Notifications must be made via the new Establishment Portal.

All permanent exclusions must have been discussed with your area Exclusion and Reintegration Officer or one of their Exclusion and Reintegration team colleagues on ERT@oxfordshire.gov.uk before submitting a referral via the portal.

ERRFs must still be sent via ERT@oxfordshire.gov.uk on day 1 of the permanent exclusion.

Schools must inform Oxfordshire County Council without delay on the same day via the Portal.

The letter that is sent to parents from the school must be attached to the notification form within the Portal.

Notifications for Governors/Academy Trust or the pupil’s Local Authority (if different from Oxfordshire) should continue to be made via the previously established process.
