Prepare for the CAMHS Virtual Assistant

CAMHS has made available a Word document (docx, 48kb) showing the types of questions the Virtual Assistant may ask when completing a referral. The questions asked may vary depending on the information provided and the answers given as you work through the Virtual Assistant. 

The document is therefore a preparation guide rather than a definitive list of questions, helping you understand the kind of information you may need before starting. The word document is NOT to be used for a referral. 

Referrals MUST be made through the virtual assistant.
