HR guidance

The information and guidance has been has been improved for office staff who use the IBC to manage HR actions in schools. 

It includes videos designed for anyone new to using the IBC, but it’s also helpful to anyone changing roles or taking on management/administrative responsibilities. 

There is also a help page called ‘New to Oxfordshire Schools’. If you search for this in the IBC portal you will see videos and useful tips.
