HR guidance

There’s new guidance for schools about how to manage HR actions in the IBC. 

The supporting information has been improved and includes new videos designed for anyone new to using the IBC but it’s also helpful to anyone changing roles or taking on management/administrative responsibilities. There is also a help page called ‘New to Oxfordshire Schools’. If you search for this in the IBC portal you will see videos and useful tips.
