Sign up before summer - Prevent vaping and smoking with INTENT

Oxfordshire County Council are providing all Oxfordshire secondary schools and Special schools with free access to a new smoking and vaping prevention programme INTENT - launching September 2024. Not only will the new programme support schools and pupils with a clear prevention plan but smoking/vaping and risky behaviours have a strong link to safeguarding, as well as attendance and mental health. Please see attached flyer for further details on the next information meetings and the short training sessions in September and October. This will allow you and your school to become trained and registered ready to start delivering the programme in September. Huge congratulations to these schools who are already trained and signed up ready to go in September; Aureus School, Wood Green School, Fitzharrys School, The Marlborough C of E School, Lord Williams's School, King Alfred's Academy, and Carterton Community College Any questions please contact Charlotte Iddon at smokefreeoxon@oxfordshire.gov.uk or find details on the attached flyer
