Definition of urgent, critical or complex:

To take immediate action to safeguard a member(s) of the school community such as situations where the health, safety, welfare of staff, pupils or wider members of the school community may be at risk.
To deal with a complicated or multifaceted situation where immediate action is needed and where any action or inaction may have serious consequences. This might include significant implications for the reputation of the school or relationships within the school community.
