Schools Finance service
From 1 November 2026, the Schools Finance service will transfer from Hampshire County Council (HCC) to Oxfordshire County Council (OCC).
From this date, please use the new OCC contact details for all Schools Finance enquiries:

Schools will continue to have an allocated Schools Finance Advisor who can be contacted directly for support.

Schools Finance information and resources
All Schools Finance traded service information and resources are now available on Oxfordshire Education Services.
You can already access the site using your existing login details. Once logged in, select Resources from the top banner and then Schools Finance under Browse Resources.
We are working to make the transition to OCC as seamless as possible. We are also increasing capacity within the Schools Finance team to strengthen the support available to schools and appreciate your patience while these arrangements are put in place.
Please update any locally held contact information and use the new OCC contact details from 1 November.
