Reverse Recruitment Fair to support young people with SEND to explore their future

Oxfordshire is inviting schools to help identify young people aged 14+ with SEND who may benefit from attending a Reverse Recruitment Fair (pdf, 385kb) on Thursday 26 November 2026 at the Kassam Stadium. 

The event, delivered in partnership with Skills Builder Partnership, will give young people the chance to meet employers, talk about their strengths and interests, and explore future opportunities such as work experience, apprenticeships and jobs in a supportive and inclusive environment.

 Schools are encouraged to register interest by 30 June 2026.
