Reverse Recruitment Fair 2026

Oxfordshire County Council is pleased to announce that the deadline for schools to register their interest in this year's Reverse Recruitment Fair (pdf, 351kb) has been extended to 30 September 2026.

Taking place on Thursday 26 November 2026 at the Kassam Stadium, the event is being delivered in partnership with the Skills Builder Partnership and is designed to support young people aged 14 and over with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) as they prepare for adulthood and future employment.

Unlike a traditional recruitment event, the Reverse Recruitment Fair places young people at the centre, providing opportunities to meet employers, showcase their strengths, skills and interests, and explore future pathways including:

• Work experience placements
• Supported internships
• Apprenticeships
• Employment opportunities
• Career pathways and workplace skills development

Schools are encouraged to identify young people aged 14 and over with SEND who may benefit from attending and register their interest by 30 September 2026 using the expression of interest form:
