OXSIT – the Oxfordshire School Inclusion Team – still have a few slots available for schools to book for the start of the academic year.
We regularly train staff teams, supporting them in the development of strong inclusive practice relating both to SEND and EAL. OXSIT can offer training in a wide range of areas, and we always work closely with schools to ensure that sessions are bespoke to the setting.

Our Inclusive By Design training has been very popular this year and may be a great starting point for your teaching team at the beginning of the 2026–27 school year.

- “We have done a lot of staff training on each of the elements and the training brought everything together really well, allowing teachers to see the ‘golden thread’ of inclusion throughout their class.
