OxPCF Parent Carer SEND Survey 2026

Oxfordshire Parent Carers Forum (OxPCF) would like to hear what SEND support is really like for your family. The survey covers education, EHCPs, health and specialist support, reasonable adjustments, transitions and preparation for adulthood.

Your feedback will help build a clearer picture of families’ experiences and provide important parent-carer evidence ahead of the upcoming Department for Education stocktake.
