Onboarding Documentation

Dear Schools,

This is a reminder regarding essential onboarding actions for all new starters and existing staff, including sponsored workers. 

This is a reminder of your responsibilities to ensure that all onboarding documents are uploaded to ePF, including right to work evidence and visa documentation. It is vital that schools check, record, and upload all required documents promptly to remain compliant with safer recruitment and Home Office sponsor duties. 

In addition, please ensure you are monitoring visa end dates for any colleagues with time limited permission to work. Schools must contact affected employees well in advance of expiry to establish their plans and complete follow up right to work checks before their permission ends.
