OCC Educational Visits Audit

Schools are reminded that completion of the audit is a mandatory requirement for all maintained schools and for all schools that subscribe to the OCC Educational Visits service (eVisit). 

• Thank you to all those schools who have completed the audit to date. 

Academies and independent schools that do not currently subscribe to the service are welcome to use the audit as a self-assessment tool. It will also provide an opportunity for those schools to express their interest in subscribing to the service in Academic Year 2026/27. 

The audit will gather the following information:

• Compliance with OCC Educational visits policy 
• Customer satisfaction responses 
• SLA renewal intentions 
• New SLA intentions 
• Training needs
