Neglect Practitioners Forum

In Oxfordshire, neglect is the most common reason for children becoming subject to a child protection plan. It is difficult to define and potentially fatal. It causes great distress to children in the short and long term. We need to improve our identification and our work with neglect.

  • How can you help address neglect in our area?
  • Are you keen to contribute ideas and work collaboratively in a supportive forum?
  • Could you constructively comment on the procedures and policies being delivered around Childhood Neglect?

We want a network of front-line staff from across the County of Oxfordshire to help improve practice and share learning, and we would love you to join us.

You can join online using the links below, there is no need to book in advance. Agendas will be circulated for each session the week beforehand.
