National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) with Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub – Autumn 2026 Cohort

The Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub is pleased to be working with Best Practice Network to deliver NPQs for an Autumn 2026 intake.

The DfE application window opens on 23 June, and colleagues are encouraged to register their interest early

When applying, please ensure that Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub is selected as your delivery partner to ensure you're enrolled onto a local Oxfordshire programme.

Funding and eligibility

The following NPQs are fully funded for all teachers and leaders in state-funded schools and academies in England:

  • NPQ for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) – newly funded for all
  • NPQ for Headship (NPQH)
  • NPQ for SENCOs

NPQ for Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL) – fully funded for eligible Early Years settings

NPQEYL is delivered via UCL. Colleagues interested in NPQEYL should contact us directly for further guidance and application support.

Scholarship funded places for all other NPQs are available for teachers and leaders in:

  • Schools in the top 50% nationally for pupil premium
  • Schools in the Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence (RISE) programme
