The supporting information has been improved and includes new videos designed for anyone new to using the IBC, but it’s also helpful to anyone changing roles or taking on management/administrative responsibilities. 

There’s also a help page called ‘New to Oxfordshire Schools’. If you search for this in the IBC portal you will see videos and useful tips.
