Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme

Eligible children (FSM and a limited number of vulnerable children) can access free sessions with meals provided, booked via EEQU.

Schools are asked to ensure that parents/carers of all FSM and vulnerable children are informed in advance; the HAF Team will email schools on Monday 8 June to request confirmation this has been shared. 

To support fair access, bookings are limited to 8 sessions until 30 June, increasing to 16 from 1 July. When booking for vulnerable children, parents/carers must select “Referred by a Professional” and ensure a completed referral form is sent to haf@oxfordshire.gov.uk.
