Help Shape Oxfordshire's Early Years Transition Materials

Oxfordshire's revised Early Years Transition Materials were introduced to support children moving from early years settings into Reception in March 2025. We are now undertaking a review to understand what is working well and what could be improved from those that have used these new materials to support transition since March 2026.
