EAL Network Meeting – Monday, 19 January, 3:30–4:30 PM 

Please join us for the first EAL Network Meeting of 2026 to explore strategies to strengthen inclusion and engagement in schools. 

Special Guest
We are excited to welcome Megan Greenwood, Schools of Sanctuary Programme Lead. Megan will share her favourite parental and community engagement strategies. 
These approaches help schools: 

• Demonstrate effective leadership 
• Strengthen inclusion and belonging for all 
• Build a strong safeguarding culture 
• Improve behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing 

These strategies are directly linked to the renewed Ofsted framework. Through her invaluable work with Schools of Sanctuary, Megan brings knowledge of inclusive and welcoming practices implemented in over 1,000 schools across England and Wales.
