From White Paper to Practice: Implementing “Every Child Achieving and Thriving” in Mainstream Schools

Following the publication of Every Child Achieving and Thriving, this clinic will support mainstream SENDCos and senior leaders to make sense of the reforms and identify what needs attention now.

We will unpack the key shifts, including inclusive mainstream expectations, Individual Support Plans, specialist provision changes and workforce reform, and consider how these translate into operational decisions in real school settings. The focus is practical, strategic and grounded in the day-to-day pressures schools are navigating.
