EHCNA & Annual Review Submissions

We’ve noticed an increase in cases where EHCNA requests or Annual Review submissions via the portal include documents relating to multiple children, rather than just the child the submission is for. 

To help us process requests quickly and keep information secure, please ensure that only documents relevant to the specific child are included with each submission. This helps avoid delays and reduces the risk of information being shared inappropriately. 

We’d also like to reassure schools that there is no need to submit Annual Review documents through both the portal and email. The portal is working well, and anything uploaded there is received safely by our teams. Sending documents via both routes can create duplication, so we recommend using the portal as the single point of submission.
