Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) - parent/carer survey

Following ongoing work with our partners, including Oxfordshire Parent Carers Forum (PCF) and SENDIASS, we have now updated the post Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) survey which is sent to parents and carers by Oxfordshire County Council following an assessment. 

The survey is an opportunity for parents and carers to tell us what worked well and what could be better during the EHCNA process, whether or not the outcome of the assessment was to issue an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). 

The feedback we receive from this survey will enable the Local Area partnership to identify areas for improvement. Results will be shared as part of wider quality improvement work and will help us to improve this process for families. 

This survey will be routinely shared with parents/carers at the end of the assessment process, but we would also ask please that you publicise this widely via any relevant channels and if you are a school or professional working with a family during an EHCNA that you encourage parents/carers to complete this.
