Do you receive invoices from school catering suppliers?

The process in IBC has changed to enable schools to manage catering invoice payments directly. 

There is a new guidance page in the IBC which includes a short video to show you the new process. Benefits of this new process include: 

Clear guidance on which invoices can be processed by schools, to help with prompt payment to suppliers 

Support for complex, multi-VAT invoices using a new spreadsheet that allows schools to populate and submit details to the IBC, to speed up the processing of these invoices.
