Cover arrangements for the summer break

Summer is nearly here and it has been another extremely busy year. On behalf of everyone at MASH, we would like to thank you for your hard work and dedication to the children and families we support together.

We know the pressures schools face and greatly appreciate the time and effort you invest in providing the information needed to support decision-making and safeguard children. Your partnership and commitment make a real difference.

We would also like to wish you a restful and enjoyable summer break when it arrives, with time to relax, recharge and spend time with loved ones.

Summer Cover Arrangements

Please let us know if you are putting cover arrangements in place for the summer holiday period. We do not want to contact staff who are away if somebody else is covering.

I am again able to offer the text/WhatsApp alert service, which provides a quick notification that an email request has been sent, ensuring you know to check your inbox.

Please send the following details by 20 July 2026 so they can be shared with the MASH and CAS teams:

• Name of the person covering
• Email address
• Mobile number (if they would like to receive text or WhatsApp alerts)
• Dates they will be covering

Please do not assume we still hold details from previous holiday periods, as staffing arrangements can change.
