Commas being used to separate pupil names and other details

Can you please avoid using commas to separate pupil names and other data within your MIS. 

Example: Morgan, Toby, Andrew 

It should be keyed in your MIS as: Morgan Toby Andrew 

Commas are used to separate data in a database, so this causes issues when they are used against a pupil’s details. I also see brackets being used to show other names Example: Smith (known as Brown).

If they have a legal and preferred name then it should be recorded under the correct heading.
