Attainment Data Collection 2026
Academic Year 2025/2026 - Attainment Collections Guidance
The Data and Analytics Team has a deadline of Friday 26 June 2026, for schools to submit their attainment collections, which includes the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP), Phonics, and Key Stage 2 assessments. While this is the final date for submissions, early submissions are greatly appreciated, as they assist our team in managing the tight turnaround required for processing the information.
Submitting Returns:
EYFSP and Phonics:
Schools are required to submit their teacher assessment data for the EYFSP and Phonics to the LA via S2S, as in previous years. Guidance on how to transfer attainment data to the LA using S2S is available on our intranet page under: Attainment collections | Oxfordshire Schools
The Headteacher Verification Form Please complete the online Headteacher Verification Form - Head verification form 2026 Friday, 26 June 2026. It is essential that this form is authorised and signed by the Headteacher. This form is separate from the Headteacher Declaration Form, and both must be completed.
The link is also available on the Performance and Information Team | Oxfordshire Schools website.
The deadline for returning the Headteacher Verification Form is Friday, 26 June 2026.
Key Stage 1:
The Key Stage 1 return remains non-statutory for the 2025/2026 academic year. However, if your school continues to collect Key Stage 1 information, you are welcome to submit your data to us via S2S by Friday, 26 June 2026.
Key Stage 2:
Key Stage 2 teacher assessment data should be submitted directly to the Standards and Testing Agency (STA) using the new National Curriculum Assessments Portal (NCA Portal )
Schools should refer to guidance on how to access the NCA Portal for instructions on accessing the NCA Portal and managing user accounts.
We advise schools to upload Key Stage 2 teacher assessment data to the NCA Portal prior to the 26 June deadline. Doing so will help prevent any website overload issues and allow sufficient time to resolve any data errors. It is essential that all data is uploaded and completely error-free by the deadline.
The Headteacher Declaration Form (HDF) is also required for submission through the NCA Portal.
- Please note that this form is distinct from the Headteacher Verification Form.
