Writing workshop 2: Meaningful and manageable approaches to teaching writing in KS1 - 6 January 2026

• This session will explore the journey of early writers in KS1, giving practical ideas of how to support and develop writers at every stage of their journey.

Adaptive Teaching in Mathematics: Keeping the Class Moving Together - 12 January 2026

• This half day online session will explore what The National Curriculum for mathematics could look like within the adaptive teaching approach, revisiting key messages about how we can support learners who take longer to secure concepts alongside those who grasp ideas rapidly and need to be challenged using the mathematics that they have learned.

Making a difference as a mathematics subject leader - 14 January 2026

• This programme over two half-day online sessions will explore key aspects of leadership in mathematics, with hints and tips on how to best monitor and evaluate provision, and how to lead change effectively. If will also explore current messages around what effective mathematics teaching can look like so that those leading mathematics are able to support developments in their school.
