Teachers Model Pay Policy 2025

Following the statutory School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document being laid before parliament from Mid-October 2024, we have now completed work to update the Model Pay Policy and guidance documents.

The final version of the model pay policy (pdf format, 350 KB) is now available for schools on the Insite School’s Intranet page under HR Policies and guidance
