Reserve your table for the face-to-face recruitment event for primary and special schools on Wednesday 11 February 2026.

Time: 5.00pm – 6.30pm (set-up from 4.30pm)

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Organised by Oxford Brookes University and OTSA, this recruitment and networking event is open to state-funded primary and special schools partnered with Oxfordshire Teacher Training, OTSA, Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub, or Oxford Brookes University.

The event offers an opportunity for schools and trainee teachers to meet and discuss current and future employment opportunities. Trainees currently training through Oxfordshire Teacher Training and Oxford Brookes University will be invited.

You do not need to know your recruitment needs in advance – this is a chance for schools to showcase themselves to current trainees who may apply later in the year or in future years. If you do have vacancies, it’s a great opportunity to meet potential applicants. Many schools have successfully recruited candidates they met at previous fairs.

Our aim is to encourage as many trainee teachers as possible to begin their careers in partnership schools, benefiting the communities in which they trained.
