Option 1: Right-click Method

. - Right-click the sender’s address.
- Select “Never Block Sender” or “Add to Safe Senders”.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
Option 2: Settings Menu
- Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email.
- Under Safe Senders and Domains, click Add.
- Type

and press Enter. - Click Save.
Gmail
Option 1: Mark as Not Spam
- Open your Spam folder.
- Find an email from
@frontlinedata.co.uk
. - Click “Not Spam”.
Option 2: Create a Filter
- Click the Settings cog > See all settings.
- Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter

. - Click Create filter, then tick “Never send it to Spam” and click Create.
Yahoo Mail
- Open your mailbox and click the Contacts icon.
- Click New Contact.
- Add

and save. - Alternatively, create a filter under Settings > Filters to move emails from this domain to your inbox.
Apple Mail (iCloud)
Desktop:
- Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules.
- Click Add Rule.
- Set the condition to From equals @frontlinedata.co.uk.
- Choose Move to Inbox and save.
Mobile:
- Open the email in your Junk folder.
- Tap the Folder icon and move it to Inbox.
- Add the sender to your Contacts.
