Make sure you’re seeing everything from Oxfordshire Education Services

Outlook (Desktop & Web)

Option 1: Right-click Method

  1. Open an email from @frontlinedata.co.uk.
  2. Right-click the sender’s address.
  3. Select “Never Block Sender” or “Add to Safe Senders”.
  4. Confirm by clicking OK.

Option 2: Settings Menu

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email.
  2. Under Safe Senders and Domains, click Add.
  3. Type @frontlinedata.co.uk and press Enter.
  4. Click Save.

Gmail

Option 1: Mark as Not Spam

  1. Open your Spam folder.
  2. Find an email from @frontlinedata.co.uk.
  3. Click “Not Spam”.

Option 2: Create a Filter

  1. Click the Settings cog > See all settings.
  2. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter.
  3. In the From field, enter @frontlinedata.co.uk.
  4. Click Create filter, then tick “Never send it to Spam” and click Create.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open your mailbox and click the Contacts icon.
  2. Click New Contact.
  3. Add @frontlinedata.co.uk and save.
  4. Alternatively, create a filter under Settings > Filters to move emails from this domain to your inbox.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

Desktop:

  1. Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules.
  2. Click Add Rule.
  3. Set the condition to From equals @frontlinedata.co.uk.
  4. Choose Move to Inbox and save.

Mobile:

  1. Open the email in your Junk folder.
  2. Tap the Folder icon and move it to Inbox.
  3. Add the sender to your Contacts.
