Fastest way to get help with IBC self-service
If you have an issue you’re struggling to solve using IBC self-service, you can reach out to the customer support team through webchat and get a response in less than 20 seconds.

Use the ‘Search for help’ bar in the IBC portal and type in whatever you’re looking for to get to the guidance pages. Webchat is available from the guidance pages (on the pages where it’s available) and you get through to an expert in that area. Click on the orange icon at the bottom right of the screen ‘Need help chat now’ to get through to an adviser who can help you with your question. 

  • Webchat is available 8.30am to 5pm, five days a week. 

If there isn’t a webchat icon on the guidance page, search for ‘Contact shared services’, which takes you to the page with more information in IBC. 

If your enquiry’s outside office hours, or you don’t need an immediate response, use an IBC enquiry form.
