The EHCP Annual Review Portal is live!

The EHCP Annual Review portal form is now live and available for all settings to submit completed records of Annual Review meeting paperwork and supporting documents for children and young people.

Thank you to all settings who participated in the pilot or have already begun using the portal. This marks an important step toward automating the Annual Review process, helping us to process reviews more efficiently. We continue to work with our software developer to enhance functionality over time.

Accessing the Portal:

The portal link is the same as for new assessments, and you can log in using your existing account:
https://myehmportal.oxfordshire.gov.uk 

Once logged in, select:
‘Education, Health and Care Plan Annual Review (For settings)’

Using the Portal:

Please refer to the guidance document (pdf, 705kb) for instructions. You have two options for submitting your review:

  1. Upload Method: Populate personal and attendee details, then attach your record of the Annual Review and supporting documents.
  2. Direct Entry Method: Complete the form directly within the portal and upload any attachments.

Important Note:
If you choose to complete the form directly in the portal, please avoid copying and pasting content into the fields.

Reminder:
Where possible, the EHCP Casework Service prefers EHCNA applications to be submitted via the portal. This functionality has been available since 2021. When registering, please ensure you select that you are a ‘professional’ and that you are completing the application on behalf of the child or young person.
