Education Jobs – system update

Since the launch of the new Education Jobs system - Tribepad, the Education Personnel Services team has been listening to feedback from schools and candidates and the system is being updated.

Updates

• The featured jobs section has been removed as it was making it difficult for candidates to search for roles.
• Search fields are being revised to make it easier for candidates to use.
• The application form is being reviewed to make sure it’s asking candidates for the right information in the right order
• Onboarding is being reviewed to look at the questions and flow of information when the application process ends, to improve how this works for candidates and schools.

After half term, we’ll contact schools that have used the system and invite you to attend a feedback session where you can let us know how the system is working.
