Check your September payslip now: all school employees
One day to go until the IBC systems are unavailable for a week
There are behind-the-scenes improvements being made to the systems you use every day.
To make this happen, there will be a period when services will be unavailable.
- Planned downtime begins: 6pm on Wednesday 24 September
- System access resumes: 8am on Thursday 2 October
Contingency window (if needed in the event of a critical issue): until 8am on Monday 6 October
During this time there will be no access to the IBC portal and Employee Self Service (ESS).
Payslip – please share this information with all staff in your school
- You have a shorter window than usual to check your payslip for September.
- Payslips are expected to be available around 18 September so check your payslip as soon as possible.
- If something doesn’t look right, you must raise this immediately. It’s important to act quickly if anything needs attention.
- This year’s pay award (for support staff (Green Book) and teachers) will be included in September’s pay.
Other important action
- Make sure you action everything in IBC ‘My Inbox’ before 24 September.
