Become an Anti-Bullying Champion

Fully funded by Oxfordshire County Council, we invite all schools (both maintained and academy) in Oxfordshire to take part our Anti-bullying project! 

Supported by Thrive, we’re offering all Oxfordshire schools to nominate a senior leader from their school to become an Anti-Bullying Champion (pdf, 1mb). 

To sign up, your schools senior leader will need to book on to the Preventing Bullying Through Awareness & Action course – we have 2 available:

• Preventing Bullying Through Awareness & Action | Oxfordshire | Education Services – 23 January 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm – this is delivered online (free)
• Preventing Bullying Through Awareness & Action | Oxfordshire | Education Services – 27 February 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm – hosted at Holiday Inn, Peartree Roundabout, Oxford (£25)

Upon completed of this training, Thrive will provide you with a certificate in recognition of your Champion status.  

The Thrive Anti-Bullying Audit tool will also be provided to champions upon booking, to be completed in readiness of the training. This forms the baseline of your provision and enable tracking of progress over time to really measure impact!

In addition, champions will be invited to termly networking sessions. These sessions aim to regroup with other champions, receive support with your audit, and bolster your learning experience.
