Our offer
The Education Safeguarding Advisory Team (ESAT) offer a review with schools to support the school to understand their practice and identify any areas of strength and areas for development.
We offer training, forums and conferences to education staff, including:
- education-specific generalist level training
- education-specific DSL training
- lead trainer training
- safer recruitment training
- safer recruitment refresher training
- SCR, recruitment checks and personnel file training
We offer consultation and advice about low-level concerns that do not meet the LADO threshold. We hold safeguarding forums to support and share practice. We collect and collate the Section 175/157 report.
