Oxfordshire Primary Headteachers Network

The OPHN Peer Review programme is a collaborative initiative designed to promote a culture of mutual support among school leaders, enabling them to work together in a non-judgmental and constructive manner.

The overarching aim is to enhance educational outcomes for all pupils. Each peer review involves a full-day visit by two colleagues to a host school, focusing on specific areas of policy and practice as identified by the host. This process facilitates professional dialogue, the sharing of effective practices, and the development of provision through reflective collaboration.

If you would like to sign up, the cost is free apart from your time and knowledge.
