Ofsted Briefing

Dear colleagues,

Following on from the advertised webinars Ofsted are holding briefing sessions for Oxfordshire schools and settings on 20 November 2025, providing an opportunity to learn more about the new Framework and to pose any questions directly to Her Majesty’s Inspectors (HMIs).

Two sessions will be available on the day:

• 10:00 am–12:00 pm, Westgate Collaboration Space, Oxford Westgate Library, 228 The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford, OX1 1PE
• 1.00 pm–3.00 pm, Westgate Collaboration Space, Oxford Westgate Library, 228 The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford, OX1 1PE

We ask that you familiarise yourself with the new Inspection Framework ahead of the briefing session. Please note that these briefings will be identical to those provided to Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) by Ofsted and will not cover any additional information.
