Health and safety on Educational Visits

There are now 135 Oxfordshire schools using eVisit.

The first Oxfordshire academies that have subscribed to the new traded service have also received training and are using the system. So far, 430 visit plans have been produced on the new system. The majority of schools are finding the new system to be intuitive and easy to use, however an ‘eVisit hints and tips’ document has been prepared for all users and can be found in the eVisit Document Library. This should be read by all eVisit Visit Leaders and EVCs as it addresses 'frequently asked questions' and recurring omissions on visit plans.

In response to demand an additional eVisit induction training session has been set up at the Hill End Centre OX2 9NJ on Friday 23rd May 1 - 3.30 pm. Cost £30. Places are still available on the course. Bookings via Education Services website.

OCC is not supporting Wonde integration by schools until September at which point integration will be an optional additional cost for ALL schools (£100 p.a. per school tbc). More information via school news and EVC newsletter after half-term.

If you wish to upload pupil-level data to your eVisit system you can do so by populating the ‘Template Pupil Import’ sent out to all schools who have attended eVisit training and then uploading to eVisit following the instructions that can be found in the eVisit Training Hub: "Import Guide 1 - Update and Add."

If you are an academy that wants to find out more about the new traded service visit the  EVC Traded Page.
