Apprenticeship Levy Funding

  • The School Leader Programme (Level 5 Apprenticeship with NPQSL) is funded through the Apprenticeship Levy. This dual-award qualification allows participants to complete a leadership apprenticeship while gaining the NPQSL at no additional cost. https://www.bestpracticenet.co.uk/school-leader-programme-with-npqsl.
  • For experienced school or MAT leaders, the Executive Leader Programme (Level 7 Apprenticeship with NPQEL) offers a fully funded pathway for those aspiring to executive headship (minimum three years’ experience as a Headteacher or Head of School required). https://www.bestpracticenet.co.uk/executive-leader-programme-with-npqel.

All NPQs are delivered by expert facilitators through a blend of online learning, face-to-face events, and coaching. Whether you choose a standalone NPQ or an apprenticeship route, please select Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub as your Delivery Partner.
