21st March 2025 - Last day to record petty cash transactions on IBC

All petty cash transactions paid from your Local Expenditure (Imprest) account must be recorded on the IBC portal by Friday, 21st March.
This allows enough time for the approving officer to review and approve the claim before 31st March 2025. 31st March 2025- last day to bank cash or cheques
All income related to the 2024-25 financial year must be banked by Monday, 31st March 2025.
Complete the Record Local Banking Tile on IBC to post the income to your cost centre on the same day the income is banked.

This is crucial for fraud control and ensures your income is posted in the correct financial year,

Under exceptional circumstances the Record Local Banking tile can be completed up to 4th April 2025.

The posting date must be recorded as 31st March 2025.
