Teachers Model Pay Policy 2024

Following the statutory School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document being laid before parliament from Mid-October 2024, we have now completed work to update the Model Pay Policy and guidance documents.

The final version of the model pay policy is now available for schools on the Insite School’s Intranet page under HR Policies and guidance
