Setting up external bursars in IBC self-service
There is an issue with the ‘Create external position’ form in IBC, which means you can’t set up external bursars.
This is a known problem and colleagues in IBC are working to fix it.
- Until this is fixed, there is an Office 365 form which you should use if you need to set up an external bursar.
- When you complete the form, it goes straight to IBC - they will set up the bursar in the system and the rest of the process follows on in the same way as it would if the ‘Create external position’ form in IBC was working.
