Come and join us for an informal chat about all things transition with two colleagues from the Educational Psychology service and our specialist SENDCOs.

We will be looking at where to find the updated transition documents and discussing how to use them to support a successful transition. Come simply to listen or bring your questions and challenges. We look forward to seeing you there!
