School Improvement and Financial Planning Training

The School Improvement Team together with colleagues from other services are leading this twilight course.

The session will include:

• Financial planning and the school improvement cycle
• Best practice in Inclusion
• Early Years funding streams
• Governors’ role in financial planning and monitoring
