Primary Transition Leads, we need your help!

The SEND Service are seeking to capture views from pupils of the current Year 6 cohort regarding their pre-transition experiences. 

Data will be collected between 1 and 22 July 2024 and will be used to inform and facilitate the transition offer provided by primary and secondary schools within Oxfordshire. 

Anonymised feedback will be provided individually to participating schools as well as collated to provide an overview of the shared experiences of children and their families within Oxfordshire.
