New Academic Year 2024/25 - Date of birth & National Curriculum

If you struggle to know which national curriculum year (NCY) to put children/young person in, then this may help. 

Find attached a crib sheet (Excel, 12kb) for the new academic year (2024/25) showing the date of birth (DOB) range for each NCY. It shows the age at the beginning of the academic year and the age they will become during that year. Lots of schools/academies inadvertently use the wrong NCY which then shows the pupil working outside of their correct NCY.
